 * SESD is registered under Section 12A and 80G of the Income Tax Act. Donors are eligible for tax exemptions as per the prevailing Indian laws.

 * It is the donor’s responsibility to provide accurate PAN details to receive the 80G certificate.

5. User-Generated Content (Volunteers & Members)

When you register as a volunteer or member, you agree that the information provided is accurate. We reserve the right to revoke memberships or volunteer certificates if the user is found to be acting against the mission of environmental sustainability or the reputation of the organization.

6. Limitation of Liability

SESD strives to provide accurate scientific data; however, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from the interpretation of our research reports or the temporary unavailability of the website.

7. Third-Party Links (Razorpay)

Our website uses Razorpay for secure payment processing. By using these services, you are also bound by Razorpay’s terms and conditions. SESD is not responsible for any technical failures occurring on third-party platforms.

8. Governing Law
