Refund and Cancellation Policy

Refund and Cancellation Policy:
At the Society for Environment and Sustainable Development (SESD), we value every contribution made toward the conservation of the Aravalis.
1. Donations: As a non-profit organization, donations once made are generally non-refundable. These funds are immediately committed to our on-ground research and environmental projects.
2. Erroneous Payments: If a duplicate or erroneous payment occurs due to a technical glitch or network error, please notify us at [Your Email] within 7 days of the transaction. We will investigate the claim and, if valid, process the refund within 10-15 working days.
3. Membership Fees: Membership contributions are utilized for administrative and research costs. Once a Membership Certificate has been issued via our automated system (Autocrat), the fee is non-refundable.
4. Cancellation: Users may choose to stop recurring support or volunteer commitments at any time by sending an email request. No cancellation fees apply.
5. Processing: All refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used (Card/UPI/Netbanking) as per Razorpay and banking guidelines.
